Doubt so Tg. Pagar is a GRC. PAP don't have the balls to call for by election. Moreover they will give the usual crap that the other MPs can cover his duties...which in this case begs the questions then, why the need for 4 or 5 man GRC is this is the case?

For GRC there is no need for a by-election if one or more MPs were to die. This is written into the law. But not sure if all were to die.
