Many countries, such as UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan etc, have done it. I believe more countries will do so.
Will the Government of Singapore do the same thing and guarantee the deposits to reassure its citizen, regardless of whether 80% of Singaporean has 20,000 or less in their accounts.
