with the serious haze situation in Singapore, more people are turning on their air conditioners and air purifiers. just so we can breathe better in-doors with all doors and windows shut. Doctors have also clarified that air conditioners and air purifiers are effective measures against the haze.

will Singapore Power offer discounts or concessions when tabulating our bills? will they be magnanimous to forego a bit of profit to help Singaporeans alleviate our suffering? Starhub is already offering free shows over the next few days since most of us are stuck at home http://www.starhub.com/freepreview

Look dude, the moment they decided to privatise such big and power corporations, profitability, ROI and shareholders becomes their priorities.

All this is a direct result of years of unconditional "mandate" given to the PAP govt. It's way too late for that.

At most, the Govt might give some PUB rebates, for the those who are poor and low income families. If you do not belong to that group, you are on your own buddy!
