if either ml or id has a nasty lemak regime in power and threatens the world by closing the straits of malacca, sg properties will be impacted 69%. every billionaire will liquidate and run road with their wealth leaving coolies and peasants to shoulder the collapse of the market. coolies with shifty side eyes may jump in to buy condos by pimping their wives and daughters if an old low level walk up unit crashes from $1.69m down to $0.69m. huat ah!
