The most vulnerable part of the counting process is when the vote slips are transported to the various counting centres. The PAP can ambush the vehicles and add fresh cartons along the way if the opposition are not careful. Make sure every opposition candidate has a private escort to ensure that the cartons are safely sent to the counting centres.
