theres not enough cubicle in female toilet too ..female cubicle take up lots of space . unlike men toilet , we can stand side by side to urine ..

The reason being design differences! Men's are make like a hose for easy handling! Women's are constructed as a "Sprinkle" to provide more coverage (while having sex ... so as to evenly lubricate)! That's is why they need to sit and pee, otherwise it'll be disaster!

There was an experiment in Taiwan some years ago. The students camp outside male and female toilets with a stop watch and time how long each person spents inside.

Result: Average time for male = 51 seconds. Average time for female = 1 minute 21 seconds.
