No doubt this is serious issue .But it's widely apparent how the law is applied on each individual .

Nicholas who had committed similar crime, a gag order was issued to conceal his identity.

His identity was only revealed ,when insurance company,where he had worked as intern fired him.

His information was released even before the charges are filed against him. The implementation of the "Gag order" seems to vary based on individual .

Nicholas was given probation ,while Joel is send to "Institute of mental health " to evaluated .

AG General should explain........but under legal context, he need not do so. He has priority to decided whether to charge or drop charges.

He also has deciding factor on how to charge on which grounds.

He is first AG GENERAL without any bench (Magistrate ) or AG Exposure. He was personal lawyer of the PM .
 
Do people actually put their L1R5 score on their CV? :roflmao:

I got a L1R5 score of 6, but never mentioned it on my CV. Also omitted are competition awards, hobbies, volunteer work etc. :wink:
