The USA is run behind the scenes by the military-industrial complex. Every few years, these people push their politicians to fight a war so that profits can be made from the sales of war weapons.......

Imagine the amount of money they can make if they make from Japan and SE Asia if China is demonised.

Imagine the wealth they will accumulate if Europe is pushed to confront Russia over Ukraine....

Singapore, as usual, will suck up to the USA and pay billions for weapons we will never use.... Money which should be spent on cheaper Healthcare, Social Secuirity for the elderly and free Education.

We already have free primary and secondary education. Healthcare is still expensive. Part of the defense budget should divert to healthcare.

Not many years ago, the USA tried to invade Vietnam and many from both sides died.
Now, to get back at China, which had been helping them against the USA, the Vietcongs now
seeking help from USA.......

How stupid can these Vietcongs be?

Last time, US invaded their country trying to prop up their southern brethren. Now its china doing the invasion by forcefully taking over maritime territory. Now the congs do not have vast naval power, so they are stuck. If fighting on land, the congs i think still have the experience to beat anyone. Except nowadays, they may not have the resources to do so.

This is true. Just look at Ukraine today. Both uncle SAM and EU talk only, but not much action in reality. And comparing the statements made by Obama in his recent Asian visit, he seems to be more willing to help Japan than the Philippines. Why? because Japan is so much richer and has more to gain.

He like AV as compared to the pinoy songs and dance.
