Thought Sylvia Lim already explained about FMSS? PAP pulled out so WP has to get FMSS to run the town council. The Teo say WP rates are higher than what Sylvia has disclosed and accused Sylvia of misleading the people. Worse, now Teo is saying WP is hiding $1 million dollars somewhere! Why don't Teo call CPIB to investigate as suggested by Sylvia if Teo thinks WP is corrupt?
