tg pagar sinking fund - $162.7 M, accumulated operating (profit) surplus : $3.24M

aren't u surprised? they really make that much money over the years from the residents?? shocking!! are they profit organisation or non-profitable one?

with so much millions and they still cannot provide FREE lift upgrading and still demanding each flat owner to cough up $3k and claim that majority of the cost is "subsidised" by gov?

WHAT KIND OF CRAP BRAGGING IS THIS??

n dey blahdy wanna raise fees? ... :oIo:

3.2M surplus!! they could ve lowered the conservancy charges. and hell!! why are they bullying those poor families who couldn't pay their dues?? they could ve been kind and generous enough to even waive it!

PAP doesn't want to encourage a 'crutch mentality'

the crux of matter here lies whether has town council demonises itself to be a profit-hunger "non profitable" service orientated organisation for hdb flats dwellers.

how could there be accumulated so much sinking fund and such a obscene 3.2M surpluses? this means that they have over-charged every residents over the years.
