With all the recent talks by the Singapore Government about the need to manage foreign talents and labour and permanent residents in Singapore, I thought that this post can contribute a different perspective to things.
A reader of Wayang Times rightly pointed out that if this Elly Tran Ha can actually speak Mandarin or even English, she could be talent-hunted by Mediacorp to act in Singapore. She will of course play the important role of filling the rather large, erm… shoes that Fiona Xie left behind when she decided to quit the local acting scene. What do you think?
