You're going to pay your 100 tv tax and if you are unlucky enough to not have an internet connection or a dvd/blu ray player and don't have cable you're just going to have to fucking watch mediacrap dramas and variety shows and then lament and bitch that it sucks but guess what, nothing changes.

Mediacorp is already available via cable/over the air in Spore, why would anyone in Spore bother with iptv

Having seen the wide selection of available free content in Indonesia, Malaysia,.., it is unlikely that anyone outside Spore would be interested in anything mediacorp has to offer
