Was told over lunch that the ASSLEAGUE was started to keep people off the streets so they will not riot and create trouble.
Then they formulated the GREAT PLAN that only players from the ASSLEAGUE can represented Singapore.
What about very good weekend players that do not want to turn professional? Sorry, cannot select.
Before ASSLEAGUE, selection for Singapore Team was from all over Singapore, the very best talents.
After ASSLEAGUE, only from ASSLEAGUE, therefore bypassing so many greater talents who might be engineers, accountants, CEOs, and ahem SAF Generals.
Scrap the ASSLEAGUE or Singapore Premier League lah.
Scrap the stupid plan of selection only from SPL lah.
Bring back the Singapore Companies League or Singapore Business House League.
