KNN, they are enjoying the tax on tobacco products but don't allow smokers (the tax payers!!) to enjoy the product. It's like giving us a hard on and then stopping, giving us blue balls.

If they ban it, the underground economy for cigarettes will emerge. Never-ending story, thus might as well charge higher prices to discourage smoking and simultaneously taking in revenues.
