Where is the S'pore we all know and love going, and will there be a viable future here for average families? What is the overarching vision that addresses these growing anxieties? It sounds like most of us are experiencing a profound sense of disconnect and worry about the direction S'pore is heading. We are feeling the absence of familiar voices and a sense that those in power are out of touch with the everyday realities faced by citizens. The rising cost of living and concerns about our children's future are weighing heavily on our mind, making the results of this GE tinged with uncertainty over the next 5 years, despite our love for this country.

The PAP has been honest about their plans to fuck Sinkies. Eg more foreigners to displace Sinkies, gst to raise cost of living for Sinkies , high COEs and utilities charges etc etc etc and yet Sinkies continued to support PAP. Who are to be blamed ?

Just walk across the causeway to jb and all the familiar voice and connectedness will come back.

It would be like time travelling when S'poreans cross the Causeway into JB. It would remind older citizens of1960s S'pore, where serious crimes and societal issues were common. Cases like the Sunny Ang murder, the Pulau Senang prison riot and armed robberies and kidnappings by criminal gangs. Racial riots in 1964 and 1969 also caused social unrest.
