PAP govt lost $1.7 billions to Malaysia in railway court case in international court. Why no PAP MP questioned the govt on $1.7 billions loss but kept attacking WP on misplacement of $12 millions ? $1.7 billions are a real loss and gone forever. $12 milions are recovered.

Actually PAP tried to con Malaysia into paying taxes after exchanging ktm land for shares in development properties.they did not inform about the taxes involved. It was only after the exchanges were made did they tax Malaysia for the shares in properties obtained. It was done in bad faith and the world court agrees.

And the pappies wasted no time in 'raising the value' of the acquired railway land. I think they're constructing something on that patch of railway land near Buona Vista-Ghim Moh.
