why no more Borders book store in singapore?

I really love reading, but lately, I haven’t had much time for it because I’ve been focusing a lot on studying. Now I’ve found domypaper.com , which helps me manage my time better, so I can both relax with friends and read. I don’t know how people can balance hobbies, studying, and work all at once. Honestly, I don’t think I could do it.

my step grandpa always bring me there when i was a young boy last time and last night i dreamt i was there at borders wheelock place....then i got lost and couldn't find my grandpa ... then walk and walk then start to gancheong and tears started to roll out of my eyes and i woke up....

You're considered a young boy in this forum.

Before Borders were MPH and Times. Not sad to those SG towkay co's go. Always overcharged for books while often get discounts from Borders. Simply not reactive enough to SG's pathetic small market. Leave the past decades behind and move on.

Sinkies do not read stoly books anymore.
They only lead their cellphones, see tik tok and laugh.

Maybe that's your step grandpa way of telling you to join him soon

Nowadays, most of us are able to stay home to work, have food delivered, watch movies, shop online, obtain our medication through teleconsultations with doctors, exercise through following YouTube videos etc. It is good in a way since we do not have to travel as much as before, but bad since we have lost much of our previous human interaction. Is it any wonder that there are so many singles around?
