I was in the Ho Chi Minh airport recently. The queue for immigration was extremely long. An entire Indian family tried to walk up to the front and cut right in. They seemed shocked when the Vietnamese officers started shouting at them. I couldn't believe my eyes! Seems to be a deep cultural disconnect.
