Why Nathan Not Included In EP Group Discussion?

The presidential hopefuls should be able to question Prataman in the discussion if they included him in. Why was this not done? Prataman was there and he did not use his veto powers to stop the casinos. Yet he said he did immeasurable work for the last 12 years.

And then spend office hours skiving learning how to do calligraphy, recite DECIDERATA, write self-glorification books, and master the art of making pratas.

Nathan is shocked!!! He believes that all are too way stupid to be President. If he has to address any one of them he would ask them point blank- What part of being a very expensive rubber stamp do you not understand? If you cannot even grasp such a simple concept, prepare to lose your $48 k deposit.You bloody deserve it. Don't waste time. Look I had no objections against Mah Bow Tan and Wong Kan Seng and even Yeo Cheow Tong being in key appointments, look what happened? Nature takes its course, the sun rose and set day after day and I got paid month after month. If there is any more problem, just say- but I did my best. More problems then take a bollywood cue by breaking into a song and dance- I did my best but my best wasn't good enough and so we are back here in the 1920s........Come on, how stupid can all you President aspirants get??

Good question... They obviously do not want Prata man in the group discussion.. Tan Jee Say would have hantam Prata man to pieces about the casino issue... they wanted to play safe, thats why Prata man not included in the discussion...

Is it not logical that Prataman has done a fantastic job? He has been paid all these years performing his duties and according to the expectations of Singaporeans. His work for the past 12 years had been exemplary and therefore everyone should be satisfied. I am not sure but if all government officials received bonuses, he most probably did also received his.

Since the above statements are true, then would he not be the best person to explain exactly why all aspirants should follow his example of what a good president is? There has not been any change in the constitution for these aspirants to do things any different. Am I not making sense here? Tony Tan was part of the cabinet at a time when Prataman was president. He was as happy as the rest of them with Prataman's performance, as there had been no altercations with him. Now, he should stand up for Prataman and should declare he will also continue with Prataman's legacy and perhaps be as good as him. Am I right?

So who would you say will be the best person to explain the role of an EP other than Prataman? He has done it for 12 years and nobody, I repeat nobody knows better than him, the job and responsibilities of an EP. So any aspirant to this job should learn from him, the best president Singapore ever had (he did 2 terms).

Like I said, what is there to explain about being an overpriced rubber stamp. If anyone of them cannot understand they have no business standing for EP. Its simple logic. For him, when LKY curled his fingers in his direction, he instantly pounded his right fist on his left palm and it was settled. 12 years of bliss. There's nothing to be explained, either they understand or they don't. By the way, Bollywood training helped quite a bit when visitors came and when anyone quizzed him. He tried to help TT by recommending him to acting classes but that stupid bloke went to HongKong and tried to be like Chow Yuen Fatt- he's paying the price now. Getting to be the butt of cyber jokes.
