Of course, to shift responsibility as a lame old man, he blames the crap and complacency on the public service. Please note that overseas scholars are not good, because, today, many famous universities do not care about being liberal in giving grades to scholars - they will return to their countries anyway so good riddance. Giving an A plus plus is good for international relations and since the fucker won't be presenting academic papers, happy governments equal happy days of more revenues for the schools. Does not matter if it is ivy league or otherwise. Even third, fourth and tenth rated schools do this these days. Furthermore, drugged with money and hallucinated with mismatched job rotations and cock sucking, they are now totally fucked.
Now the price of employing crap to save his neck in a crisis like this will see his neck wrung.
