Why is FAP Giving Free University Education to PRCs to Go Back to Work in China?

Our gahmen is very generous offering scholarship to PRC. Not necessary that
they will stay back to contribute to the economy of Singapore after they
completed their studies. Many PRC govt organisations and companies are very
eager to recruit them.

There is a recruitment talk hosted by the PRC Chinese at the NUS and NTU on Nov 06 and Nov 07 2013 respectively to recruit these PRC graduates.
