Why har? Anyone knows?
Do you think it is already that a foreigner can be a judge in our country?
What is so special about this Prof Tey? The MIW let him be judge?
Why was his case reported only recently when he was arrested in April? 3 months of cover-up?
Is he a "white horse?"

NUS law professor Tey Tsun Hang was in court this morning to face six charges in relation to a sex-for-grades graft probe.
The woman - a former fourth year law student - was identified as Darinne Ko Wen Hui.
He allegedly committed the offences between May and July 2010, allegedly receiving a Mont Blanc pen worth $740, iPod touch worth $160, and two counts of obtaining gratification in the form of sexual intercourse.
Tey is accused of receiving the gifts as inducement for showing favour in his assessment of Ko's academic performance.
Bail was set at $100,000.
Prosecutor said in court that Tey is considered a flight risk as he's a Malaysian when Defence counsel asked why his bail amount was excessive.
Look out for the full report in Saturday's edition of The New Paper.
