Why Foreign Talent Citizen Never Vote Ops but Vote for PAP only?

They feedback:-

1) Local only knows how to complain but do nothing to improve Singapore. Prince of Singaporean Supreme Status Only.
2) Never respect foreign talent. Anti Foreign Talent.
3) No Foreign Talent Reps in Ops
4) Creating Business is creating jobs. To keep Singapore advance is take away other regional business to Singapore. Big business needed more regional workforce, regional funds and high technologies. Ops try stops Singaporean to move forward.
5) Ops do not have planned to work with Johor or Singapore Industrial Development only take care Public Transport, HDB and Private Resident issues. But compare with Hong Kong, Hong Kong do better than PAP. Their MRT network, Tourism Industry and night life better than PAP.
6) Singapore Do Not had Human Right Council that not belongs to any political party. Ops fail to help Law Society, NGO and Charity Organization to form better Human Right Council in Parliament as NMP. NMP is too little, only a fake council to PAP on decision making but Ops never mentions. Ops only interested for NCMP and fight each other in own party.

How our ops to gain vote from foreign talent? Sure lost in GE. We gain 20%, 25%, 30%, 35% and very difficult to go higher.

2010 GE, many new voter are FT. Today, Woman who holding PR status will not able to get baby bonus, maternity leave and medical welfare. The 10% PAP voter was pump in in this GE.
