The day when I decided to beat those people to puppies I had already put eq aside.
If I keep eq in my considerations, the beating will not be fully effective.
When people try to pull fast one on me becos of this this this, you will this this this (which will happen very frequently in any workplace practices)
I will tell them lazy or stupid just say lazy or stupid .
The fact is that they are lazy or stupid , just that they want to give excuses or thinking I'm stupid to take their words for it.
Once I deliver this, I will fail badly on eq
I applied this in all the places I have worked, ceos or any high level people cannot pull a fast one on me.
So I have to say that I will have to lower down my eq in order to achieve my goals.
And My goals is to let these people know that not everyone are obliged to believe what they have said, even if you are the boss of the company.
Eg you can hear pap ministers talking about many untrue stuff, but they can only do this in a monologue.
They will never dare to do it as a dialogue.
However in a workplace, it is different.
Ceos at times will need to have dialogue with the employees in a large annual event updates.
This is when I can put my speciality into good use. Most of the time I did it in a room filled with directors and mgrs. Ceos it happened over conference call with loud speakers on and many participants (during a major outage event) that CEO just taken aback and stopped his nonsense and ridicules.
