Sleep in separate room. Better still in separate units. Just meet up for coffee or makan like courtship days.

We haven't reached that stage yet, but poor or absent communication is a basic issue that prevents a married couple from expressing their needs, desires and concerns. This inevitably leads to misunderstanding and the subsequent resentment.

There are major life changes like the birth of children, job changes or work stress which pull spouses in different directions. This makes it difficult to keep a shared focus on the marriage.
