Penang is on the list! Sinkapore is affordable. There is HDB flat one can rent. Eat at hawker centre, shop at NTUC. Cost of living is cheap here. And sinkapore is so easy to get around ...our world class MRT, no horse run. Life cannot be better than in sinkapore. That's why more than half of our population are foreigners.

if you buy into hdb at marine parade or pasir ris many years ago can. can survive and thrive at $696 a month easily.
