NDP might be entertaining for kids and they get one free public holiday. but you should outgrow it once you've become an adult.
Anyhow, NDP has lost its magic after the old National Stadium was demolished. The new stadium is terrible. The civic district gets inconvenienced when the NDP is held at the Padang or the floating platform. Many road closures and blocked pedestrian paths. And those poor kids and NS slaves burning weekends for rehearsals: the former done in by a siao on porlumpar principal, the latter done in by a siao on porlumpar CO.
