In 1987 chiobu North Korean agent Kim Hyon Hui and another North Korean agent planted a bomb in Korean Air Flight 858. The plane crashed in the Indian Ocean and killed 115 people onboard.

Kim is a beautiful, elegant woman who speaks fluent Japanese and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, and it is difficult for anyone to associate her with "terrorists". But she was a north Korean agent who had undergone severe training.

Kim was sentenced to death by a court, and Roh Tae-Woo, then South Korea's President, gave her an amnesty in 1991. Several years later, Kim married her south Korean security staff and gave birth to their children.
