Thats why they need the high speed rail to jb. Get businesses to move there. KTM rail also has a track to jurong ftom woodlands i think. But dunno the location.

I don't mind if they shift all the port facilities from Keppel and Pasir Panjang to Tuas.

tuas and jurong port have becum logistics hub with dozens if not hundreds of giant multi-storey warehouses which allow 18-wheelers to go up at least 6.9 floors. many of these warehouses are run by foreigners especially tiongs in transshipment and trading of goods procured in south east asia back to prc and vice versa. they have becum storage spaces for trade between prc and the region. only benefit to landlords is rent.
