Any place can be hell if you're dumb and keep voting for those people who have lied and screwed you in the past and are going to lie and screw you again in the future. However, if you're smart and creative, you can create a mansion with only 344 sf of space. For that you don't have to be a millionaire, just normal middle class, but must have brain and daring, cannot be kiaboh, kiasu and kiasi. Video is better than picture. After SAR is expired, HK will become just one of the Chinese cities and with the hinterland of China at the backyard, it will be developed to outshine sinkie land, which is nothing but a small island populated by foreigners with rojak nationalities. HK will be staunchly a Chinese city but sinkie land will be just a place for foreigners to squat.

Can pappies turn a population of rojak foreign imported shits into patriots, willing to defend and die for sinkie land? On the other hand, the tiongs will fight and die to keep HK after SAR is over. As for sinkie land, there is no future if there are no local sinkies willing to do it for their island.

On the long term, HK is definitely a better place than sinkie land.
