Depends on the traffic volume la. But i think he just needs a shared hosting service la. He is not running a website like Facebook.com for sure, so won't need a dedicated hosting. Let's assume this fat fuck took up an 'ultimate package', it is US$29.88 for 1st year and subsequently, it is US$129.88/yr. $1,000 can easily pay for the hosting for more than 5 years! Someone better investigate this fat bastard for false cost inflation claims.
