Except for the hostage crisis under jimmy carrter, iran has not really threatened the US. Its only target is israel. But the leaders are not really serious about attacking israel. It just treat israel as a bogey to rally the crowds. Like what the kampung boys in indonesia got agitated when fake news about police from china is peotecting jokowi.
