Who were the 4 MPs running in Marine Parade in 2006: same 'bad' quality for 2011 too?

Confuseous

Charles Chong on poor quality of PAP candidates and inablity to recruit[Link]
¶7. (C) PAP MP Chong admitted that the party had not succeeded
in recruiting a number of "high-flying" business leaders to
run. In fact, the party had to reach down to some of its
second and third tier candidates to fill out its ticket.
Those new candidates will all run in the Group Representative
Constituencies (GRCs) helmed by higher profile ministers --
for example, four of them will run in Senior Minister Goh
Chok Tong's uncontested district. Overall, the opposition
will compete in only 7 of the 14 GRCs.

Seah Kian Peng (CEO, NTUC) and Latiff ????? (sister of newsreader in MediaCorpse jailed for maid abuse?) and who else?

Now we understand why the lower quality candidates were placed with Wooden Goh - his perceived popularity would help over-ride these 3rd grade MPs. Was the same principle applied in 2011 GE? Won't be surprised - the worst two of the four were replaced by Tin Pei Ling and the toy soldier Tan.
Now the people in Marine Parade GRC must be very happy!
