While the Americans are busy enjoying the sun and defying calls to help limit the virus spread, the Chinese are preparing for the next surge.

I think the world has already decided to ignore the virus. They have had enough of the chinese disease.
What the West wanted is for China to buy more goods from them. Instead, they export the virus for free and then sell all the face mask and ppe suits at ridiculous price.
