Been teaching myself how to play the piano in the last couple of months. Any samster here actually play the piano?

How are you post op anyway?

Hired myself a chio bu piano teacher a few years ago.... it was a fantastic experience in adult learning although I failed my ABRSM grade 8 exams (only finished till grade 7). I also insisted on standing up, then moving behind her to let her play in front of me. She found it odd, as she said for kids she will play side by side with them... but I told her I am bigger mah

Basic piano playing is not hard, get a good grasp of the chord structures - and try this book "Hanon". Its good if you're an adult learning with stiff fingers, it'll help you loosen up.

Post ops good. Better now, off the meds for a while now. Theory is easy, I suppose its just practice practice practice.
