Lockdown or not, I think this is not an efficient way to eliminate this pandemic. Suppose that the lockdown has been stand down, how then to prevent imported cases thereafter? They're even saying that the 3rd wave of attack may be coming for China. I would say that the only solution is for those pharmaceutical companies to come up with a cure or vaccine at the fastest pace. Eg:

For them or Singkie Government, they will test for Covic 19 ,only if you show symptom after Quarantine.

They are just asking people to self isolate after one has close contact with a positive case. What kind of testing or real testing they had been doing ? This is very normal.... so i don't understand what kind of widespread testing they had been doing.

Of course we are better then Malaysia, but do we want to confine to be testing ourselves with Malaysia or Indonesia ? Why not compare ourselves with the best, like Taiwan or Macau or even HK? What have they do to make sure community spreading is down to the minimum ? What kind of prevention measure had they make onset of pandemic and how are they dealing with it now ? Asking citizens to masks themselves and start a masks producing factory now and able to supply large amount of masks in such a short time.

Of course LHL has all the Harvard Business University to back him up , even WHO gave singapore top marks and female celebrity like Barbara Streisand to back him up , but still our case of Covic19 still going up like crazy. I believe malaysia would not have locked down if it had not been to one cluster, in which about 15k participants attended a religious gathering over 3 days and two nights, sharing, bathing and eat8ng in close proximity at the End of february.
After the gathering, these religious people return home to their respective mosques. To pray in congregation spread in the dusease wider. Region wide, not just within the country as participants came from various other countries.
The red flag was raised in Brunei when one of the participant was detected to have got the virus on the 10th of March. Investigations led to this mosque gathering and within 5 days, a lockdown was imposed. Initially, , 2/3 Of those infected can be traced to that one cluster.

Singapore did not have such a massive cluster. So there is no reason to panic.
