Who Founded Nam Wah Pai?

Sim Poh Huat claims he has............ but it was founded 45 yrs ago.
Sim Poh Huat is now 49. How is it possible for a 4-year old to found a
company viz Nam Wah Pai?
More likely it was Sim Pooh Ho who founded it. He did not state that
he has given NWP up to Poh Huat nor did he gave up the leadership of
the "pai".
