Benefit most are PRC player>>money $$$ and Lee BW also $$$$ if not she will not suck their ass.

I doubt that any significant number of Singaporeans benefitted from these recent ping pong achievements apart from some fleeting feel-good moments. The PRC players gained the most because apart from the initial difficulties of leaving their country and having to make some adjustments when they arrived here, all they needed to do was to focus on their training which they would have had to do anyway if they remained at home.
They had a better crack at representing their adopted country than in representing China with the commensurate rewards if they succeeded.

People like Lee Bee Wah have not got much to lose. If they dont succeed then its no sweat off her back but if they do then she can piggyback on their success and bask in their glory.

How about the ordinary Singaporeans, Singapore and the local players?

hi there

1. ts, if you want to know the details.
2. see whether the tt association has got the guts to do an open-book audit & review.
3. show cause of its expenses too!
4. then you shall know "exactly" who takes what:D

its simple,

the paps benefitted cos now got something to talk abt while they ejaculate more crap into chinkporeans' mouths.
the tiongs definitely benefitted, i mean they shld clone this mei mei tiongs and sell them, safer than buying their other stuff which are frankly poisonous to human society.

the ones who benefittted least is the chinkporeans, all we got was some sticky goo in our mouths sayg we won medals.
but only after swallowing did we realise its tiong cum.

hahaha

So what PRC players win table tennis medals,no benefit at all to us ordinary sinkees.Same for Temasek and GIC,so what Temasek and GIC makes profits or losses ,no benefit at all to us ordinary sinkees.

PRC Players gained the most. They get to represent a country (personal glory) and now can retire for good. They can continue to do table tennis coaching in their PRC homeland.

PRC benefited when the prize money flow to the PRC as the PRC players balek kampong.

STTA and Lee Bee Wah benefitted from the "face" they gotten at the expense of ordinary Singaporeans and local players.

Singapore is the sucker paying those good money for the extreme short term gain - a moment of glory (if any).

Ordinary Singapore Citizens also lugi. Those money could be channelled for better use especially if it is for the benefits of the poor.

Local Players lugi the most. They are deprived of international level competitions experience and yet expectations of them went up. All they got is some peesai left over from the prize money to "develop" them as players.

The top tier politicians get to talk about the medal winning exploits to their foreign counterparts.

The second and third tier politicians get to bask in the praise and other benefits that they receive from their top tier masters.

The players get money and their moments of fame and glory.

Ordinary singaporeans - very little, unless you enjoy living vicariously through the above lot.

:confused:Glory:confused:

People laughing behind sinkies back. Saying sinkies use PRC backside skin tissue to graft on sinkies face.:(

:rolleyes:Can anyone name the local players that they have trained and benefitted from all the money spent?

Lan Jia Wei = $1,000,000++
Ah Gu= $500,00++
Bei Bei= $250,00++
So who wins ?..
:(

The historical record will show that the Little Red Dot can get Olympic medals.
That it got it by effectively buying the medals is beside the point.
Just another in a long list of fakery. :D

i think after all these, we have to learn to rely on our own people - our own singaporeans. no need to buy talent and then promote them and reward them. i would like to see our government promote local talent and reward them. whether we make it or not is not important. at least we are singaporeans. but one day, we might produce another tan howe liang or wong peng soon ...or others like patricia chan or kunalan.:)....and remember our singaporan team which won the malaysia cup? i was so elated and proud...:)
