Absolutely correct, Sam. Chinese is a nationality or ethnicity and Mongoloid is their race.

Stinkie Chinese should be categorized as Mongoloid as their race on their IC. Indicating Chinese as their race imply a sense of superiority, hence, Chinese are by nature racist.

You'll never see an officially government sanctioned racism, expressed or implied, in the 21st Century in Western developed countries.

The HK government official neglect of the ethnic Indian minority implied official government sanction of racism against not only the Indians but also other races like blacks, Thais, Burmese, Cambodians, Filipinos, Sri Lankans, Indonesians, Bangladeshis, etc. This shows that Chinks are the most racist people in the world even in economically developed and open society like Hong Kong. Societies with majority Chinks like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and major cities in China have impressive 1st World infrastructure but the behavior of their people are still 3rd World. Hence, their hardware is 1st World but their software is still 3rd World. Therefore, these countries are still uncivilized 3rd World backwaters and are not equivalent to USA, Canada, OZ, NZ, UK.
