Why should any Sporean be surprised.

We Sporeans have been called "lesser mortals" by our dear elitist leaders. Prior to that the PAP treated us only as digits, cogs in the PAP machinery.

The PAP lets in hundreds of doctors from India ...these doctors are cheap; they can do more and yet they earn only $3-4k. So, salaries of nurses must be kept low. Why doesn't the government dare to keep the salaries of local doctors low?

Very soon teachers, educators and social workers are considered low-skilled workers. In a sense, those stupid scholars in the admin service might be right. Those who are able to marry into FamiLEE, become LEEgime's cronies or Ministars are highly-skilled.

Ng eng hen and Vivian are two specialists doctor in cabinet. A few more GPs as pap mp. This is the true view of nurses when it comes to pap. Just look at the wide discrepancy of pay between nurses and doctors. Also note that nurses are considered non degree holders in sg.
