Lazy but smart employee.

or Hardworking but not smart employee?
 
between the 2, i rather take lazy but smart..

stupid ppl are not hardworking.. just that they take 2 to 3 times the duration to do the same job as the smart ones.. hence ppl think they are hardworking..

hardworking my foot.. slow is the word..:D
 
one muz not be hypocrite n practice (<-- boss sam correct? :rolleyes:) double standards...
if previously u were an employee n u keng ka liao... now as employer u muz accept them... :rolleyes:

either is fine. but must take orders one. the YES man ;)

the lazy one smart. can rely on. but not very productive work 1 hour slack 7

the hardworking one good. work like horse. but must teach from scratch work 7 hour slack 1

I would prefer employees who meet deadline and submit quality work. The office structure is outdated. Employees should be allowed freedom to perform their duties when they are most productive, whenever that is as long as they perform their work within the requirements of the company.
