YAACOB IS THE MINISTER. WHAT A JOKE.
SINGAPORE - Calling on new citizens to contribute to the community as well as uphold the "Singaporean values" of multi-racialism and meritocracy, Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts Yaacob Ibrahim yesterday also urged them to build on the Republic's success.
He further added:
Noting the strides made by the Republic since its independence, Dr Yaacob added: "Singapore has not only survived but succeeded and thrived in today's highly competitive and challenging world. Today, I call upon you as our new citizens of Singapore to help build on that success - as a society that is united, peaceful and progressive."
So, Mr Yaacob, Singapore is a great place, no doubt. So, when is your wife gonna become a citizen too and your sons doing their part in NS like the President's?[/COLOR]
It is amazing that we allow hypocritical ministers to go round preaching all things good about Singapore but whose very own core family is not even citizens after so many years. BTW, Minister, awak ada duo-citizenship tak?
