Dear brothers and sisters,

which country is more democracy ? Thailand or Singapore?

Thailand Army only detains Yingluck for 1 week.

However, Singapore detained Chia Thye Poh for more than 32yrs.
Lim Chin Siong was detained for several years and forced to stay in England and came back to Singapore as an old and broken man because of political oppression.

so brothers and sisters, aunties and uncles,
please let me know, which country is more democracy? Thailand or Singapore?

Looking to consolidate their power, Thailand's coup leaders said Saturday they will keep former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, Cabinet members and anti-government protest leaders in detention for up to a week to give them "time to think," as the junta expanded its target list to include several prominent academics.

only 1 week

how about Chia Thye Poh and Lim Chin Siong? please let me know.

No comparison, leh. In Thailand, power comes from the barrel of a gun; Singapore is ruled by set of laws inherited from Brit colonialists although tweaked from time to time through the years.

Of course Thailand lah got more democracy..

Look at Tonychat.. He's now busy protesting against the Thai junta on the streets of Bangkok..

Last heard few minutes ago, Tonychat managed to grab a riot baton from a Thai soldier and cracked the skull of that soldier with the baton.. Well done Tonychat..
