Saw this maid waiting for her empLoyer with groceries at a supermart's DOP earLier.Upon his
arrivaL in a BM730, he came out to heLp the maid to unLoad the stuffs into the boot.
Next came the crunch question for the guy, when i saw him scratching his head for awhiLe; before
gesturing his maid to sit on his left..which Left me pondering whether is there any instructions from his wifey as where to pLace their maid in the car; to avoid any misunderstanding from others ?..

So wouLd you be driving around with her by your side or behind then ?..

If you are a close friend on the left in front of the car, it is impolite to sit at the back, indirectly you are indicating your friend is a driver. But the maid should be sat, at the back on the left hand side, sitting in front on the left hand side, means, Sir!, very close to her!

When my maid drives me or/and missus in any car obviously me or/and missus will sit behind.

When I drive with missus and maid in the Camry/Isuzu, obviously maid sits behind and missus beside me la.

For Lexus when maid around we make sure maid drives and me and/or missus behind, never drive maid siting behind or beside me. (wife don't drive).

Hehehe. Actually found out sit behind quite shiok, especially hybrid. Vios sit anywhere also no shiok.

Yes yes yes like me and she more than happy to do it. Now she drives me to the airport and back, drives the wife to shopping and whatever, drives the dog for grooming and medical, drives herself for marketing, if she off day even allow her to drive off, if she visits home (600km away) also can drive our car. Its a win win situation. All happy. Last night she wanted to stay over at her relative's house in Bangkok also let her drive there, now I waiting for her to come back make breakfast for me.
