Try Dailymotion.
Same result as YouTube. Only trailers, no full movie. Probably because of copyright. I'm guessing only Viu will have full movies, including Better Days, as it specializes in Asian movies (Korean, Taiwan, Japanese, Hong Kong, China, etc).
