What we have is work permit for operation staff:-

1) Manufacturing

Basic Tier / Tier 1:

Up to 35% of the total workforce

Skilled 160 6
Unskilled 260 9

Tier 2:

Above 35% to 55% of the total workforce

Unskilled 280 10

Tier 3:
Above 55% to 65% of the total workforce

Skilled (1) 450 15
Unskilled (1)

2) Construction

1 local full-time worker to 7 foreign workers

Skilled and on MYE (2) 160 6

Experienced & exempted from MYE (3) 310 11

3) Marine

1 local full-time worker to 5 foreign workers

4) Process

We do not have work permit for office staff: Human Resources, Office Administration, Accounts, Purchasing, (Design, Sales and Marketing) Project and General Affair Staff. They should have S pass or E pass.

If not, how can they work in Singapore?

S pass salary minimum $1800

E pass salary minimum $2500

If office staff pay like operation staff $300, $400, $500, $600, $700 or Malaysian staff $900, $1000, $1100, $1200.
