Robert Ng in real life looks a lot older and more tired than the file photo which was probably taken years ago. Although Sino Land’s HQ is in Tsim Tsa Tsui, he can be seen often walking alone along the air conditioned pedestrian bridges that connect HK Land’s buildings in Central. I am told by someone who has worked in Sino’s HK office that he does that to avoid the traffic jams in the undersea tunnels that connect Kowloon with HK island. Li Ka Shing looks more vibrant than Robert though LKS is a lot older!
