common sense would tell one to complain to the HDB if we stay in their flats.
after the problem was fixed, the tv was working as usual, a call from the town council was received. "town council calling...you tv ok now? please call STARHUB next time if u have same problem....."
funny isn't it? if u don't subscribe to cable, why call STARHUB?
"...oh, cos now HDB antennae are under starhub...."
another funny reply. then why are HDB residents paying to HDB for the conservancy and maintenance?
