just got a leaflet from PUB with the bills. the leaflet states that anyone with falling windows shall be FINED $10,000 or jailed.....

ok, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS???

first of all, who build the HDB pigeonholes? gahmen. if the quality of the windows they installed are inferior and the unfortunate tenant happen to have one with faulty windows. it falls when the maid is cleaning......who's fault is it?

tenant or HDB?

to me, it rightly the fault of HDB - the developer who undercuts costs and give such inferior quality.

how can the gahmen fine the tenant whne the actual culprit should be hdb?

it's NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY like they ve preached. every solution they have is to punish the citizens and hurt their pockets more. i think u get a bunch of highway robbers, they also can do the same work and we don't even have to pay them a cent :(
