Chitchat When can supplements ever end?

I am taking probiotics for gut, gingko bilabo for brain, vit B complex for damaged nerves, omega 3 for triglycerides lowering , cranberries extracts for luts, bitter melons extracts for glucose lowering.

Now I see got beet root gummies.

How many kind of supplements is leecomended or leequired to cover the full body?

I only take 4 items:

1. Kangen Water
2. Moringa Capsules
3. Tumeric Capsules
4. A bowl of hot Indian Rasam daily

Supplement industry is largely a scam. A scam targeting at people 50 and above as this group of people have earned enough money and scared to die too early without enjoying the fruits of their labour

I think so.
When we are above 50, we started to face medical issues.
When we want to improve those medical issues, we started to look for remedies.
That's when the scammers can act into it with little effort.

Even when I know about this, I couldn't leesist to try them out.
In order not to fall into scams, I do it cautiously and not to dive deep into it.
So I will need to find a cutoff point.
 
Take liver supplements
This is same as certain treatment medicines eg to treat diahorrea I was told to take x medicine. Then when I look at the side effect list for medicine x, it states that it can possibly cause diahorrea.
Other eg like taking anti vomiting medicine and side effect is nausea.

Others eg to treat diahorrea, take this. Then this can cause constipation. Then I need to take counter medicine, then it causes diahorrea.
